Jimmy and the staff did a complete and thorough job repairing my 2003 Ford Explorer. I, at first, took my vehicle to a shop closer to my home, after I received their estimate I took my vehicle to National Transmission to have them look it over once more. National discovered that the first place DID NOT do a complete inspection(which would have caused further damage to my vehicle). National found more problems with the vehicle but since they had worked on this vehicle previously, I went ahead with the suggested repairs. The vehicle now rides very smoothly and I feel confident that my vehicle will run that way for years to come. Thank you National Transmission for a great job on my vehicle, I could not be happier with your work and the service you performed for me.
